Operation Career Ready is a workforce-training and reintegration program from the Veteran Education Foundation for veterans in the Chicago area who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program is designed to connect these veterans with job training, employment placement, and supportive services to build meaningful careers. It brings VEF's educational programs together with the wraparound support that helps a veteran move from training into employment, stability and purpose.
